"Misleading Ads and Poor Customer Service"
I found your ads to be quite misleading. Just moments after placing my order, I figured out what I was actually being charged. I ended up making at least three calls to try and cancel, but the folks I spoke to didn’t seem to know what was going on. Not impressed at all. The products and charges showed up, and there was no way to send them back.

Great job with the service, folks! I was on the chat board and didn’t get a reply, but then someone called me about my order number. That’s fantastic, really good service. I received my order, but myhermes delivery is pretty terrible. I’d suggest using a different delivery service.
